The Induna room offers the ideal setting for boardroom style meetings or class room style seminars with white boards, screens, TV and DVD machine. This conference room offers comfortable seating for up to 30 delegates with top quality facilities and an atmosphere to stimulate any conference activity. In addition, the Wine Cellar can seat up to 10 delegates in air-conditioned comfort and privacy. The lodge area also offers comfortable seating areas for four break-away groups.

 

Full day conference package

Bed and Breakfast conference Package -

  • R 1500.00 per room, single or sharing  (Incl. VAT)

Includes: Accommodation in our five star luxury suites, and gourmet breakfast

24 hour Conference Package

  • R 1575.00 per person sharing (Incl. VAT)
  • R 1750.00 for single accommodation (Incl. VAT)

Includes: Accommodation in our five star luxury suites, conference room setup, use of Induna conference room and breakaway rooms, use of standard conferencing equipment, gourmet breakfast, morning tea/coffee with refreshments, lunch, afternoon tea/coffee with refreshments and a 3-course dinner

Rates exclude

  • All beverages (full bar service available & mini bars in suites)
  • Certain lodge activities i.e. game drives, Spa treatments

  • Rates are subject to change without notice
  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation and we request that the deposit slip is faxed to us, the balance is payable along with any extras when departing from the lodge unless other arrangements have been made.
  • When cancelling a reservation an administration fee of at least 25% will be charged with further cancellation costs incurred determined by time of notice given.
