Lodge suites rack rate
Sharing - R1 850.00 per person per night
Single - Sharing Rate + 20% supplement

Conference rate
Sharing - R2 100.00 per person per night
Single - Sharing Rate + 20% supplement
Includes: VAT, Luxury accommodation, breakfast, morning tea, light lunch, afternoon tea, game drive (one per stay), conference set up, dinner and breakaway rooms. Minimum of 8 delegates required, less than 8 will be charged a venue hire fee of R200.00 p.p.p.d including VAT.
Eagles Nest (self-catering camp - sleeps maximum 8)
R 395.00 per person per night sharing, with a minimum charge of R2 400.00 for the camp.
Includes: VAT, All linen, towels, serviced daily, fire wood supplied, fridge / freezer, cutlery / crockery, stove/oven and boma fire made ready every evening
Rates exclude
- All drinks (full bar service available & mini bars in suites)
- Hire of light projector or other special equipment (conferences)
- Certain lodge activities i.e clay pigeon shooting (charged per shot)
Groups & special rates
- A minimum number of guests are required to guarantee privacy, exclusive
use of all lodge facilities and a special group rate
- Midweek - 10 guests (per group)
- Weekends - 16 guests (per group)
Children
- No children under 12 allowed unless part of a large group using the lodge exclusively
- Above 12 years pay full adult rate
- 2-12 years pay 50% of the adult rate
- Under 2 stay free
Terms & conditions for bookings
- Rates are subject to change without notice
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation and we request that the deposit slip is faxed to us, the
balance is payable along with any extras when departing from the lodge unless other arrangements have been made.
- When canceling a reservation an administration fee of at least 25% will be charged with further cancellation
costs incurred determined by time of notice given.
